Studio 425 architect John Inglis recently gained planning permission for a large residential extension to a private home in Elmbridge, Surrey.
The scheme adds a fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom to the family home, along with a large kitchen, larder and dining room conservatory. The design is also flexible enough to accommodate an accessible bedroom at ground floor level, which may be adopted in the future, should elderly relatives need to visit or stay long term.
The proposal was approved under delegated powers by Elmbridge's planning case officer.
