The model was prepared in Sketchup and
presented to the client as an editable Sketchup file and a series of
2D rendered views. The 3D model can also be explored online, through
a web page created using Spread 3D or watched as an animated video on Youtube.
The property, which was recently
granted panning permission for a major extension and renovation, is
shown with the construction work complete. Studio 425 worked along
side the homeowner's architectural consultant to present the scheme.
The house, which includes elaborate timber panelling, was modelled in
great detail and makes use of Sketchup's geo-located shadow settings.
