Sketchup Model of Remodelled Tudor Mansion

Following a number of recent visualisation commissions, Studio 425 are pleased to present a virtual model of a Tudor mansion and private home in the Hertfordshire borough of Broxbourne.

The model was prepared in Sketchup and presented to the client as an editable Sketchup file and a series of 2D rendered views. The 3D model can also be explored online, through a web page created using Spread 3D or watched as an animated video on Youtube.

The property, which was recently granted panning permission for a major extension and renovation, is shown with the construction work complete. Studio 425 worked along side the homeowner's architectural consultant to present the scheme. The house, which includes elaborate timber panelling, was modelled in great detail and makes use of Sketchup's geo-located shadow settings.

If you are interested in creating a similar model for your own property or to help communicate your designs to your clients, Studio 425 off very competitive rates and will be glad to discuss your project. Send us an email at studio425@london.com or tweet John Inglis via @johnsketches and we'll be in touch.
